really loving the boots (#1)....complete spur of the moment purchase...whereas I am always looking for mary jane shoes. And I have been looking for low heeled boots for ages.

shoes are my friends. I used to have a HUGE shoe fetish in NY....tossed a bunch of pairs (bad Jez) when I moved and then Steve would not let me wear a whole bunch of shoes as he hated them. Also - since he gave me such shit every time I bought a new pair (he thinks I have 'old lady taste' in shoes), I stopped buying them.

But no more I say! No more!
